As a logistics employee, you will be, together with a team, the on-site point of contact for all support needs of colleagues within a government organization. You will be the link between suppliers and internal clients, from the moment of request to the delivery of goods/services. This is an office job, not a warehouse function.
What you do
- Order items in SAP Ariba
- Maintain contact with suppliers regarding deliveries
- Maintain contact with clients regarding orders
What they ask
- Experience in applying regulations, internal rules, and work agreements
- Knowledge and experience with automated administrative processes, with an emphasis on supply processes
- Demonstrable experience with warehouse and inventory management
- Accurate, flexible, customer-oriented, results-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively
Profile
- A completed MBO level 4 education (Dutch equivalent)
- Affinity with logistics processes
- Knowledge of SAP and/or SAP Ariba
