What you will do. As a Business Developer & Sales Specialist, you will be the link between companies and commercial profiles:
- You will handle incoming leads, actively prospect companies, and build lasting relationships with new clients
- You will match salespeople with companies, pitch profiles, and follow up on the process until a successful start-up
- You will sell and provide sales coaching to companies and salespeople who want to strengthen their commercial results
- You will contribute to the thinking about the further growth, operation, and culture of the organization
Profile
- You are commercially strong: you have at least 2 years of sales experience and possess strong people skills. HR experience is a plus
- You have guts and courage. You are not afraid of a “no” and are energized by prospecting, convincing, negotiating, and closing deals
- You know how to get people on board with your story and effortlessly switch between conversations with business leaders and candidates
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset: you take initiative, want to win, and are eager to build something. You see opportunities where others might not immediately
- You consciously choose to work on an independent basis, with the freedom, financial growth, and responsibility that come with it
