Contribute to the training of future general practitioners.
- Combine clinical expertise with education, curriculum development, and professional/didactic development.
- Translate current developments in general practice into inspiring and practice-oriented education.
What you will do.
- Develop and update educational programs for general practice training.
- Provide education to residents, general practice trainers, and occasionally to students of the basic Medicine program.
- Contribute to educational innovation and quality improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines within the training program and participate in national general practice trainer and educational networks.
- Develop your own didactic skills and educational competencies.
Profile
- Enthusiastic general practitioner or resident in the final phase of training, with an affinity for education and the ambition to contribute to the training of future general practitioners.
- Registration as a general practitioner in the BIG register and with the RGS (maximum 2 years of work experience), or resident in the final phase of training.
- Demonstrable affinity with education and training.
- Enthusiasm to collaborate on high-quality general practice education.
