What you do
As an office manager, you create an environment where the customer is central and, together with your employees, you build a long-term relationship with clients.
- Develop a vision in line with the overarching vision of the organization and anticipate developments in your region.
- Be responsible for the organization and operation of your office, ensuring an efficient and effective organization to achieve expected results.
- Guide and support your employees and focus on their further development.
- Have an eye for opportunities and be the driving force in setting up actions and campaigns to further expand the customer network.

- Minimum a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Any additional relevant experience in a commercial environment is a plus.
- Strong in daily management, both of the office and of the people.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to financially invest in your own business.
- Very good command of Dutch.
