An expertise organization is looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, and customer-oriented information manager to strengthen its team. The focus will be on educational issues, but deployment is possible across the entire organization. Information management is the strategic partner for ICT, connecting organizational issues with technological developments. It plays a steering role in translating wishes and questions from the organization into information systems and services.
The team consists of 6 dedicated employees who work with passion on guiding and developing new issues, with independence as an important principle. The department stands for quality, control, and innovation, crucial for optimal guidance of issues within education and the broader organization.
What you will do.
- Translate information needs and requirements into ICT solutions
- (Co-)execute and contribute to the Strategic Information Policy
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational and/or tactical IM policy by researching and analyzing developments, identifying opportunities and threats, and translating these into policy proposals
- Advise (educational) management on new applications and possibilities and/or improvement of current applications within established frameworks
- Act as project leader for education-transcending and organization-wide projects
Profile
- HBO diploma (higher professional education), preferably with a specialization in Business & IT Alignment
- Experience with project-based work and leading projects
- Competence to effectively manage various interests
- Good communication skills
