An organization is looking for an M365 Functional Consultant to help companies evolve towards a modern, digital workplace. This includes modernizing IT environments, migrating data and processes to the cloud, and building secure, flexible, and efficient digital work environments. The team translates Microsoft 365 solutions into concrete results, from technical analysis and setup to migration and aftercare.
What you will do.
- You analyze business processes and customer needs and translate them into concrete solutions within Microsoft 365
- You develop functional solutions around SharePoint, Teams, and information flows (site structure, metadata, document management, etc.)
- You build and configure low-code applications and automations with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- You advise clients on best practices and help them make the right choices within the Microsoft ecosystem
- You lead workshops and act as a point of contact for clients during projects
- You take an active role in project follow-up (planning, scope monitoring, alignment with stakeholders)
- You ensure smooth collaboration with technical colleagues and monitor the quality of delivered solutions
What they ask
- You are passionate about IT and more specifically the Microsoft ecosystem
- You are a medior profile with about 5 years of experience as a functional consultant, business analyst
- You have experience within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- You have good knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Power Platforms (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- You understand how business processes work and can translate them into digital solutions
- You are not a pure developer, but you have a technical feeling and enjoy working hands-on on solutions
- You combine analytical thinking with strong communication skills
- You work structured and take ownership of projects
- You are fluent in Dutch and can communicate professionally with clients
- A bachelor's degree in an IT field is a plus, but relevant experience and the right mindset are decisive
