A specialized architectural firm, focused on urban planning permits and regularizations for existing real estate, is looking for a project architect. You will join a dynamic, fast-growing organization where you will work as an expert with surveyors, real estate professionals, and IT specialists. The organization is active throughout Flanders and helps to map and re-permit existing buildings.
What you will do.
- Independently conduct site visits for new projects.
- Analyze the existing situation and coordinate with surveyors and draftsmen.
- Compile permit plans and applications based on provided high-level 3D measurements and clear, complete project information.
- Follow up on projects internally and externally, from start to finish.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects in the Omgevingsloket (Environmental Permit Desk).
- Maintain direct contact with clients and local authorities.
What they ask
- You are an (engineer-)architect with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- You work accurately, independently, and are communicative.
- You follow a careful and efficient approach.
- You are proficient with AutoCAD and familiar with the Omgevingsloket.
- You have a B driving license for site visits.
