Business Process Engineer

• Analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end business processes.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities based on data and operational insights.
• Support digital transformation projects and process automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and operational departments to support data-driven decisions.
• Translate complex datasets into clear insights, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Define and monitor KPIs and performance indicators.
• Facilitate workshops and change management activities to successfully implement new processes.

• Master's or bachelor's degree level thinking.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business process management, process improvement, business analytics, or a similar role.
• Experience with process modeling (BPMN or similar methodologies).

• Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Insight into data science concepts, predictive analytics, and AI applications is a strong asset.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels in change.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
