You will work as a basic doctor with an affinity for psychiatry in mental healthcare. This position is for a specialized outpatient clinic focused on anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders in adults.
What you will do.
- Conducting intakes, diagnostics, and medication consultations under the supervision of a psychiatrist
- Drawing up and evaluating care and treatment plans together with clients, their network, and the team
- Performing psychiatric and somatic examinations and interpreting lab results
- Coordinating client care and aligning with internal and external healthcare providers
- Actively participating in meetings and collaborating with colleagues
- Contributing to a recovery-oriented, client-centered approach within the outpatient clinic
Profile
- Completed medical degree and BIG-registered (Dutch professional register)
- Affinity with psychiatric issues, preferably with anxiety and mood disorders
- Ability to work independently and function well within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication skills and flexible attitude
- Willingness to contribute to services outside regular office hours, if necessary
- Experience in mental healthcare is a plus but not a requirement
