Special Enforcement Officer Director

• Content-driven guidance of your colleagues within the team.
• Point of contact for chain and network partners and internal colleagues.
• Assigning various tasks to your team members and monitoring their progress, proactively identifying and discussing bottlenecks.
• Drawing up schedules by planning your colleagues within the team.
• Arranging facility resources to enable your team's work, including logistics, equipment, authorizations, and other necessary items.
• Contributing to and advising, in a project- and/or process-based manner, on the development of general policy, such as the Enforcement Implementation Program and the policy on permitting, supervision, and enforcement.
• Ensuring proper registration of activities and associated documents.
• Contributing to rotating shifts.

• You have the ability to act in a coordinating role towards residents and entrepreneurs and provide them with expert advice on the use of public spaces.
• As a supervisor and enforcer of public space, you are the calling card of the organization for citizens, entrepreneurs, and visitors.
• You are visible in your uniform and as the one representing the organization in various areas within the enforcement process.
• You act as a coordinating point of contact for residents and entrepreneurs and provide expert advice on the use of public space.
• You promote optimal collaboration within the team and ensure knowledge sharing and ownership.

What they ask

• Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level.
• Minimum of 3 years demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years as a Special Enforcement Officer (BOA).
• Demonstrable knowledge of and work experience with laws and regulations, such as permitting, supervision, and enforcement policy and the General Local Ordinance.
• Demonstrably in possession of a B driving license.
• Candidate agrees to the stated secondment conditions.

Preferences.

• Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level in the direction of Integral Security Science, Public Administration, or Criminology.
• Demonstrably in possession of a valid BOA Basic Competence Certificate.
• Minimum of 5 years demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years as a Special Enforcement Officer (BOA).
• Demonstrable work experience in guiding and/or coordinating a team within enforcement.
• Demonstrably willing to work irregular shifts, including night and weekend shifts.
