A government organization is looking for a Bbz Consultant for the implementation of the "Besluit bijstandsverlening zelfstandigen" (Bbz) and the "Inkomensvoorziening Oudere en gedeeltelijk Arbeidsongeschikte gewezen Zelfstandigen" (IOAZ) on behalf of several municipalities. The professional independently handles applications from various types of entrepreneurs, including starting, established, older, and terminating entrepreneurs.
What you will do.
- Independently process and assess applications within the framework of Bbz and IOAZ.
- Test applications against applicable laws and regulations and prepare and make decisions.
- Assess business plans, financial reports, business results, and the economic viability of enterprises.
- Assess and process applications for business loans.
- Inform and advise entrepreneurs about the possibilities and conditions within Bbz and IOAZ.
- Coordinate support trajectories with the reintegration consultant, business coach, and other involved professionals.
- Identify financial, legal, and social points of attention and, if necessary, engage external experts.
- Conduct discussions with entrepreneurs about their financial and business economic situation.
- Monitor the progress of actions and agreements within one's own caseload.
- Manage debtor administration and monitor the progress of granted loans.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the Income and Debt Assistance department and with external partners.

- Demonstrable work experience with assessing financial data and business plans.
