QA
As part of the development of an already registered dematerialization platform software, an organization is looking for a Lead QA to secure the implementation of all functionalities in compliance with the rules of a regulatory authority and the specifications of a standardization body. The context is highly constrained, with short deadlines and strong regulatory pressure.
What you will do. QA Strategy & Compliance.
- Translate the regulatory authority and standardization body specifications into an operational test strategy.
- Define, formalize, and maintain the overall test strategy (functional, compliance, non-regression, automation).
- Guarantee the product's compliance with current regulatory requirements.
- Secure deliveries in a context of strong planning constraints.
Steering & Governance.
- Be a key contributor to product quality; Go/No-Go decisions are shared with the Program Management and Product teams.
- Prepare and present quality topics to the steering committee.
- Monitor quality indicators and the progress of test campaigns.
- Secure the operational execution of tests.
Supervision & Coordination.
- Supervise a team of 5 QA engineers.
- Organize the distribution of testing activities and prioritize according to project constraints.
- Work in close collaboration with the Product and Development teams.
- Exclusively internal interaction.
Operations & Tools.
- Write and maintain test scenarios in a test management tool.
- Directly participate in test campaigns (functional and compliance tests).
- Define and monitor the test automation strategy (progressive implementation).
- Be able to seamlessly step into operational tasks during peak loads or regulatory emergencies.
Deliverables.
- Establish a test coverage matrix.
- Define quality indicators.
- Define and implement Factory and Product test strategies.
- Implement an automation strategy.
- Design/execute test cases.
- Report anomalies and monitor their correction.
- Lead end-to-end acceptance testing.
- Produce documentation and support to ensure efficient organization and team skill development.
- Participate in the integration testing of IT solutions.
- Assist and advise internal stakeholders.
- Process information, exchange, and collaborate.
- Ensure the monitoring of quality and security.
Profile
- Confirmed experience in software QA, with a Lead QA role or equivalent.
- Mandatory experience with regulatory authority regulations and standardization body specifications.
- Solid understanding of the challenges of e-invoicing/dematerialization platforms.
- Ability to evolve in a complex and high-pressure regulatory environment.
- Leadership, pedagogical skills, and ability to mentor teams.
- Analytical mind and ability to solve complex problems.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary agile team.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and ability to propose innovative solutions.
- Knowledge of computer network and server operations.
- Proficiency in one or more project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
- Proficiency in software testing best practices.
- Knowledge and use of various types of databases (relational, hierarchical, document).
- Knowledge and use of ticket management software (e.g., Jira) and test repository tools.
- Knowledge of tools used in QA (e.g., Squash, Postman, Jira, Playwright).
- Knowledge of market communication methods and formats: structured flow exchanges (XML/Json), APIs (Rest/SOAP), SFTP, and their associated documentation (e.g., Swagger, OpenAPI).
- Knowledge of market authentication methods and technologies (Identity Federation).
