An organization is looking for a Data & Analytics Specialist to bridge the gap between business, IT, and data. You will work closely with various departments, translating their needs into concrete data solutions, ERP configurations, and Power BI dashboards. This is a long-term position.
What you do
- Analyze and optimize business processes within Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality, among others.
- Translate business needs into pragmatic ERP configurations and digital solutions.
- Develop, manage, and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Perform functional analyses and coordinate the development and implementation of new solutions.
- Test new processes and applications and guide them to a successful go-live.
- Monitor and improve data quality and set up structured reporting and follow-up systems.
- Identify concrete applications for AI within efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.
- Guide and support employees in the introduction of new processes and digital tools.
- Actively contribute to the ongoing digital transformation and growth of the organization.
- Collaborate with the IT team and various business departments to convert data into actionable insights and better decisions.
What they ask
- Master's degree in IT or equivalent level acquired through relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with ERP systems, digitalization, and business analysis, preferably within a production environment.
- Strong interest in data, statistics, and AI, and the ability to translate analyses into concrete results.
- Good knowledge of Power BI, including ETL, DAX, and dashboard design.
- Experience with SQL, preferably SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of BPMN and UML data modeling.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a practical and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to easily switch between business needs, IT systems, and technical solutions.
- Fluent communication in Dutch and English.
- Sense of responsibility and a pronounced can-do mentality.
- Hands-on and focused on achieving visible results.
- Enjoys working cross-functionally and can communicate with both business stakeholders and IT specialists.
- Eye for user adoption and the ability to involve colleagues in new processes and technologies.
