For a new team within a financial institution, we are looking for an experienced KYC Quality Checker. As a Quality Checker, you are responsible for monitoring quality within operations. You check client files for accuracy and completeness, identify discrepancies, and provide targeted feedback to analysts. You thus play an important role in establishing and maintaining a strong quality process.
What you will do.
- Perform quality checks on processed applications
- Verify that client data is accurately and completely recorded
- Assess whether the necessary client information is present and correctly processed
- Identify deviations, errors, and potential quality risks
- Provide targeted and constructive feedback to analysts
- Recognize and address recurring errors
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the process
- Collaborate with the Team Lead to monitor quality within the team
- Contribute to improving and uniformly applying work processes
Profile
You are analytically strong, accurate, and have an eye for detail. You dare to address colleagues about the quality of their work and can simultaneously function well within an operational environment where speed and turnaround times are also important.

- HBO+ (higher professional education) working and thinking level
- Experience in the banking sector
- Experience in Quality Control, quality assurance, or similar activities
- Experience with client files and/or client data
- Strong communication skills
- A proactive and independent work attitude
Preferences.
- Knowledge of KYC, CDD
- Wft Basis certification or willingness to obtain it
