The agency works with a close-knit, multidisciplinary team that prioritizes quality, collaboration, and innovation. What you do
As a Project Architect Execution, you are the linchpin between the design team and the construction site. You take responsibility for the entire process from execution file to site follow-up.
- You develop definitive designs into complete execution files.
- You coordinate colleagues regarding BIM models, detailing, specifications, and quantity surveys.
- You closely monitor the execution of projects in consultation with contractors, engineering firms, and clients.
- You prepare site reports, monitor planning, and handle project administration.
Profile
- You are an (ir.) architect with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- You are strong in planning, organizing, and clear communication.
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office and preferably Revit and Autocad.
- You enjoy a hands-on approach and like to collaborate within a dynamic team.
