As a Caregiver IG within a care team, you provide nursing home care at home to clients with a WLZ indication. You combine your work as a Caregiver IG with the role of an ergo coach.
What you do
- Support with personal care
- Perform nursing technical procedures
- Monitor clients' condition and quickly recognize changes
- Advise, coach, and motivate colleagues on posture, transfers, and the use of aids
- Identify risks and provide feedback on safe and ergonomic working practices
- Maintain active contact with clients and their relatives to coordinate care
- Work independently at clients' homes and coordinate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals
- Use an e-bike or company car and a work phone during shifts
Profile
- Caregiver IG level 3 diploma
- Willingness to follow the ergo coach training if not yet obtained (5-day training)
- Enjoy sharing knowledge and coaching colleagues
- Able to work independently and easily seek collaboration
