What you will do. As a Coordinating Enforcement Lawyer, you will tackle this situation with the team, ensure an integrated approach, and your role will be, in addition to coordinating, to handle the legal processing.
- Advise on the enforcement process and ensure its settlement, especially in the areas of building and housing supervision, spatial planning, and enforcement of the Alcohol Act
- Draft (an intention for) administrative coercion under penalty/administrative enforcement and collect penalties/fines/execute administrative enforcement
- Represent the organization in objection and appeal procedures related to enforcement
- Plan, distribute, and coordinate the team's activities
- Monitor, secure, and assess the progress, quality, and quantity of the work
- Provide professional support and guidance to employees in the execution of their tasks
- Act as a sparring partner for the domain manager regarding the development and functioning of employees within the team
- Serve as an expert resource and sounding board for colleagues
- Advise and inform the administration
- Check the warning letter
- Conduct defense before the objection committee or the court

- A true connector who enthusiastically and persistently tackles various issues and projects
