What you do
- Conduct consultations with clients whose functioning is limited by physical, psychological, or social circumstances.
- Investigate how health complaints affect daily life and work possibilities, considering the medical situation, social context, and personal circumstances of the client.
- Work at the intersection of medicine and social security, dealing with various issues within, among others, the Sickness Benefits Act (Ziektewet - ZW) and the Work and Income (Capacity for Work) Act (Wet Werk en Inkomen naar Arbeidsvermogen - WIA).
- Form a careful and objective judgment on load capacity, possibilities, and participation based on medical expertise, client discussions, and available information.
- Assess complex cases from different perspectives.
Profile
- Possesses a valid BIG registration as a physician.
- Has an affinity with Occupational Health and social security.
- Is strongly analytical and can objectively assess complex situations.
- Possesses good communication skills.
Practical
- An employment contract through a specialized secondment agency.
- A one-year contract with the intention of extension.
- Remuneration in accordance with applicable collective labor agreements and salary scales.
